Characteristics and Configuration
1. Due to usage of high speed electronic bar tacking machine , it is able to sew
different kinds of belt loops and automatically make up for the missed belt loop as
well.
2. Due to usage of by-pass valve and no-oil cylinder, it works of little noise and
preserves from oil and grease.
3. Equipped with straight-edged knife which can produce straight and V-shape stitches
very quickly, also blowing device can take away cutted belt loop pieces; Meanwhile,
pressure of cutting device can be adjusted.
4. Operators can adjust length and width of belt loop quickly and easily by themselves
5. Belt loop can be brought under needle automatically by machine itself, which is safe,
so it is not necessary to worry about finger being clipped.

7. Using one unit of this machine for 8 hours everyday, in case of 5 belt loops one
trousers with 36 stitches, each operator can finish 900 pcs of trousers each day.
